REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Here are the requirements for returns and exchanges:
- Within 7 days of receiving the product, customers can apply for an exchange if the size is not suitable or if the product is damaged during transportation. We provide exchange services in these cases. For exchanges requested after 7 days, the buyer will need to bear the shipping cost. If the damage or inability to use the product is caused by improper use by the buyer, they should contact the seller for assistance. Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Sellers need to ensure that the returned products can be returned to the seller's address without incurring additional costs.
- For large or valuable items such as watches and suitcases, we conduct strict testing and quality checks before shipment, and the transportation cost is higher. If any problems arise, please contact the seller promptly. If damage is caused by use beyond the product's capacity, returns or exchanges are not supported.
- Returned products must include the package and accompanying items, and the packaging and product labels must not be damaged.
