Incorrect Size: Due to individual size differences, if the suit, shoes, or other products you purchased do not fit, the Company accepts exchanges within 7 days after receiving the product, but please ensure the product remains in its original packaging with tags intact and has not been worn or used.

3. Wrong/Missing Items Shipped: If the Company causes a wrong or missing item to be shipped, we will provide you with a free replacement or return service and bear the related shipping costs.

II. Return and Exchange Process

1. Apply for Return and Exchange: Please submit your return and exchange application within 7 days after receiving the product through the Company's official customer service channels (including but not limited to phone, email, online customer service, etc.), and provide the order number, product images, and problem description.

2. Review Application: The Company will review your application within 24 hours after receiving it and inform you whether the return and exchange is approved and the specific process.

3. Return the Product: If your return and exchange application is approved, please return the product to the address and according to the requirements provided by the Company, ensuring the product packaging is intact and not damaged.

4. Process Return and Exchange: The Company will inspect the product within 3 working days after receiving your returned product and process the refund or exchange according to your needs. Replacement products will be shipped as soon as possible after the inspection is completed.

III. Notes

1. Shipping Costs: For returns and exchanges due to product quality issues or the Company's fault, the Company will bear the round-trip shipping costs. For returns and exchanges not due to quality issues, the shipping costs will be borne by you.

2. Refund Method: Refunds will be returned through the same payment method used during purchase. The expected refund time is within 7-15 working days after submitting the refund application.

3. Product Inspection: Please inspect the replacement product promptly upon receipt. If you find any issues, please contact the Company immediately.

4. Special Products: Some products (such as customized products, special-priced products, etc.) may not support returns and exchanges. Please carefully review the product details before purchasing.
